City’s official charity will honour the places of all students who have applied to study with the Foundation’s education department in 2021/22.

In light of the uncertainty surrounding exams this year, Bristol City Robins Foundation have made more spaces available than ever before on their various education courses. Enabling the Foundation to guarantee every applicant who has applied to study on one of their five post-16 courses, a place, regardless of exam results.

“We’re really pleased to be offering this assurance to all of those who have applied to study with us at the Foundation.” Commented Bristol City Robins Foundation Head of Education, Chris Stenner.

“The past year has been an incredibly uncertain time for students across the country and we feel it is important to provide our prospective students with the reassurance that they will have a place to study in September.

“The resilience shown by young people during these trying times has been fantastic to see and we look forward to welcoming a new cohort of students to study with us in September.”

The Robins Foundation’s education department is currently delivering its education provision to students via online platforms. The club’s official charity has ensured that all of its students have the technical capability to continue their learning digitally and have provided laptops to many students to make sure they can access online learning.

The Foundation will strive to place all students on their first-choice course however, if this is not possible, students will be offered a similar alternative.

Bristol City Robins Foundation’s education department offers students the unique opportunity to study a range of sports and football based courses at the home of Bristol City Football Club – Ashton Gate Stadium – and across Bristol.

Alongside their studies, students train and play on a weekly basis, representing Bristol City Football Club against other professional clubs and colleges in competitive fixtures.
